We have 2 permanent staff who work on a normal office schedule (8.30 a.m to 5 p.m). The permanent staff utilize the VOIP devices and work on long term tele-marketing projects, they are also used to make sure that our freelance tele-marketer are actually doing their job well.

Apart from the 2 permanent staff we also have Affiliate tele-marketers or freelancers all across Sri lanka and even abroad. They work on contract basis and are paid per call. They use mobile devices (dialog) the sims, which are owned by our company. We make sure to cross-check on as many calls as possible made by our Affiliate and make sure the best ones keeping riding along.
