About us

Lanka Estate Co. is a property broker in Sri lanka. The roots of Lanka Estates Co. emerge all the way back in the early 80s in the southern City of Galle. Back then property brokering was not very refined.

2 Young friends, Mr Illangakoon and Mr Muhsin in their early thirties started off together as property brokers, helping people buy and sell properties in Galle. A few years into the profession luck came there way, when they succeeded in securing the deal of their career a massive property in Colombo was brokered by them.

Fast forward to 2015 Lanka Estate Co. was started by the 2 gentlemen. Since 2015 Lanka Estates Co. have helped over hundreds of properties exchange hand.
